Commercial Real Estate Officer
(Should live in Connecticut, NY, or West Chester, NY.)
This individual will be responsible for new business development and maintaining a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. Will also provide financial counseling to customers, cross sell bank products and services, and remain updated on economic trends.
To qualify, you must possess a bachelor's degree with one to two years of formal commercial credit training with a commercial bank; thorough knowledge of financial statements and income tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals; general knowledge of loan structuring; the ability to analyze cash flow; and excellent sales skills. Minimum of two to five years commercial real estate lending experience also required.
